Happy 4th to everyone! As we were driving down the road we seen these things along side the road so we stopped to see what they were .They are coke ovens used to burn coal to make the steal.Today we headed to Gunnison Colorado to visit with Bernie's nephew ,we had lunch with him. We went next to the Black Canyons in Gunnison. The view was spectacular we rode around the south rim then drove to the bottom of the Canyon to the river . The drive down was a little hairy at time there is a 16% grade down the road and it was twists and turns but it was worth it.
