Today we are in Yelm Washington visiting with Lulu's sister Debbie and Jim. We have had a great time visiting with them. They are great hosts. This morning Debbie fixed us breakfast with organic bacon, eggs from her chickens, homemade scones and fresh canned raspberry jelly. Everything was so good. Dale and I headed back to the hotel to catch up on laundry and other things. After all this was done we headed back to Debbie's house for dinner. When we gone back to her home she was looking for the queen bee in her hives. We got to see her hen house and garden,Dale and Bernie were being chicken wranglers. They have a great view of Mt. Rainer. Debbie and Jim fixed us smoked pork ( YUM) with homemade barbecue sauce(YUM)roasted potato and coleslaw with cabbage for her garden(YUM). Last but not least cheesecake with homemade raspberry sauce and chocolate cake with chocolate icing( YUM YUM YUM).Thanks Debbie and Jim for your great hospitality. Tomorrow is our turn to head home. We will be heading to the east.
